POLICIES:

Skate Galaxy is a Family Friendly Entertainment Facility. Our goal is to provide you with a Fun, Family Friendly experience and to ensure safety of all our guests. We thank you for your support of our business.

1. Skate Galaxy has a no refund policy

2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

3. Management reserves the right to inspect lockers, pockets, skate bags, and handbags to ensure the safety of all customers.

4. Please report all accidents to Management.

5. Skate Galaxy is a Skate and Play at your own risk facility.

6. Customers that are under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian that is above the age of 21, and they must stay in the facility during the duration of your stay.

7. Everyone ages 2 and up must pay admission, whether skating or not, unless you are a Non-Skating Chaperoning Adult.

8. Party Guests are limited due to size of rooms. Your Party can have up to but not over 32 Guest.

9. Dress Code REQUIRED is FAMILY FRIENDLY.

       -Socks are required to receive skate rental

       -No excessive holes in pants.

       -Ladies: No bare midriffs, bare back, halter tops, fish net tops, racer back tops, tube tops, short shorts, or bodysuits.

       -Gentlemen: No muscle shirts, tank tops, plain white undershirts. No sagging or underwear showing.

10. SKATE FLOOR RULES:

       -No hats or loose items are allowed on the skate floor.

       -No cell phone usage while on the skate floor.

       -No sitting, leaning, or jumping over the skate floor wall.

       -No food or drink is allowed on the skate floor.

       -Toe Stops/Jam Plugs must be worn by all skaters.

       -All skaters must listen and obey the skate guard.

       -All skaters must skate in the same direction.

       -All of our rental skate wheels are set to Manufacturer’s

             Specifications. We do not tighten or adjust any

             wheels on a customer request. 

11. No outside Food or Drink is allowed inside the facility.

12. Customers are not allowed to alter or adjust our rental skates.

13. Skate Galaxy Cannot tighten or adjust our rental skate or your personal skates.

14. No profanity, fighting, guns, knives, or drugs are allowed on Skate Galaxy property.

15. Skate Galaxy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

16. Skate Galaxy does provide lockers for .50 for your personal items.

17. Please do not carry any children while you are on roller skates.

18. Please do not skate if you are pregnant.

19. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the facility.

20. No glitter, confetti, or silly string is allowed in the facility.

21. Customers cannot exit the facility with our rental skates on.

22. No “in and out” privileges or loitering around the building.
